Last updated: October 2026

This page sets out the terms for using this website (our "Terms") and how we handle your information (our "Privacy Policy"). By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to both. In this page, "Qore Capital", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Northern Hills Wealth Services LLP, which operates under the trade name Qore Capital.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Qore Capital, and they apply to everyone who visits or uses this website. By accessing or continuing to use the website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the website.

2. Who we are

Qore Capital is the trade name of Northern Hills Wealth Services LLP, a wealth and investment services firm based in India. We are registered as a distributor of portfolio management services with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI). Nothing on this website should be read as claiming any registration or authorisation that we do not hold.

3. Eligibility

You should be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website. If you use it on behalf of a company, trust or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

4. What this website offers

This website is provided for general information about Qore Capital and the services we offer, and to let you get in touch with us. It does not itself allow you to transact, invest, or open an account. Any service we provide is subject to a separate agreement and to the applicable terms of the relevant product, scheme or third party.

5. Not investment advice

The content on this website is for general information only. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting or any other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, product or service. Any decision you make is your own. You should read all scheme and offer documents carefully and seek independent professional advice suited to your circumstances before investing.

6. No advisory or fiduciary relationship

Using this website, or contacting us through it, does not by itself create any advisory, fiduciary or client relationship between you and Qore Capital. Such a relationship arises only under a separate written agreement.

7. Investment risk

Investments in securities and market-linked products are subject to market and other risks. The value of investments can go up or down, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for assessing whether any product or service is suitable for you.

8. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree that you will:

  • use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms;
  • not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its systems;
  • not introduce any virus, malware or harmful code;
  • not copy, scrape, republish or misuse any content from the website; and
  • not use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or harm other users.

9. Information you provide

Where you share information with us (for example, through an enquiry), you confirm that it is accurate and up to date, and that you are entitled to share it. You are responsible for the information you provide, and you agree to update us if it changes.

10. Communications

If you contact us or share your details, you agree that we may reach you by email, phone or message to respond to your enquiry and to provide information you have asked for. You can ask us to stop sending you promotional communications at any time.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons and its overall design — belongs to Qore Capital or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and use it for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use it for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

12. Third-party links and services

This website may contain links to, or references to, third-party websites, products or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, availability, products or privacy practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or current at all times. Information may change without notice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qore Capital and its partners, employees and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss or damage — including loss of profit, data or opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it, or from your reliance on it.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Qore Capital harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.

16. Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of this website, or any content or service on it, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when published on this page, and your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these Terms.

18. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not amount to a waiver of that right.

Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is framed in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the rules made under it.

In this policy, Qore Capital is the "Data Fiduciary" (the entity that decides how and why your personal data is used), and you are the "Data Principal" (the individual the data relates to). This policy applies to visitors to this website and to anyone who contacts us or makes an enquiry.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number and any details you include when you contact us or make an enquiry.
  • Technical and usage information — such as your device and browser type, IP address, and how you use the website, collected automatically to help the site work and improve.

We only collect the information we reasonably need, and we ask you not to share sensitive information through this website unless we specifically request it.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you.
  • To provide information about our services that you have requested.
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve this website.
  • To understand how the website is used, on an aggregated basis.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Consent and our basis for using your data

We use your personal data in two situations: (a) where you have given us your consent, and (b) for certain "legitimate uses" permitted under the DPDP Act — for example, where you have voluntarily shared your data with us for a specified purpose, or where we must process it to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where we rely on consent, that consent will be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, and given through a clear affirmative action. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below); withdrawing it will not affect anything we did based on it before you withdrew it.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited ways:

  • with trusted service providers who help us operate our business and this website, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • with regulators, authorities or courts where required by law, or to protect our legal rights; and
  • with your consent, or at your direction.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website may use basic cookies and similar tools to help it function, keep it secure, and understand how it is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the website may not work as intended if you do.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as required to meet legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may ask us to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • correct or update data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
  • erase data we no longer need to keep;
  • withdraw a consent you have given, or stop promotional communications.

To exercise any of these, please contact us using the details on our Contact page.

10. Children's data

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated.

12. Contact and grievances

If you have any questions, requests or concerns about these Terms or about how we handle your personal data, please reach us through our Contact page, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
